II. Bidder Qualification Requirements
1. Legally registered within the People's Republic of China, with independent legal person qualifications.
2. Different units with the same person in charge or with controlling or management relationships shall not participate in the bidding for the same project.
3. Bidders should have the corresponding qualifications, and the qualification documents should be within the validity period.
