Features:
◆ The base adopts a popular inverted "T" layout, and the overall structure has high rigidity. No overturning moment is generated during the entire stroke.
◆ The base castings are processed with high-precision five-sided gantry, and only one clamping is required to complete the milling, drilling, and tapping of the five sides, which reduces clamping errors and improves machining accuracy.
◆ The lead screw adopts a group of 60° angular contact ball bearings, double-supported and pre-tensioned to ensure transmission accuracy.
