創辦人&董事長

夏春銘先生出生於1948年，1979年-1999年一直从事普通车床的设计和制造。于2000 年 9 月 25 日创立了扬州力创机床有限公司。2008年被扬州市人民政府授予“优秀企业家”的光荣称号并获得市政府颁发的荣誉证书。目前担任该公司董事长。

该公司位于扬州市邗江区，是一家以从事数控机床母机和普通车床，并重点出口欧美等发达国家的机床制造业。人员规模在 200-299 人，参保人数为 240 人，注册资本和实缴资本均为 1800 万元。公司是国家高新技术企业，主要从事数控机床、普通车床、专用机床等机电产品的研发、生产出口和国内外销售，拥有 50 多年的机床设计和制造历史，是中国机床工具工业协会会员之一，还被中国机械工业联合会评为中国机械工业核心竞争力优秀企业，拥有进出口自营权。

夏春铭曾在 2024 年透露公司 2023 年订单不断，全年销售约 3 亿元，展现出其较强的企业经营管理能力。此外，夏春铭还关联多家企业，如扬州铭诚机床有限公司、扬州联合数控机床有限公司等，在机床行业领域有一定的影响力。
